Are You Really Connecting… or Just Going Through the Motions?

Let’s take a moment to think about something simple, planning an anniversary. More often than not, it’s we, the women, who take the lead in organising these celebrations. But imagine, just for once, that it’s your partner who takes the reins—he plans a dinner, sends flowers and a gift, maybe even organises a little party at home or a romantic weekend away. Sounds lovely, almost like a scene from Valentine’s Day or a birthday celebration.

But here’s a question: do these thoughtful gestures bring a couple closer—especially couples who have slowly drifted apart or lost the desire they once had for each other?

Even for couples who are getting along just fine, how long does the warm feeling from that “special day” really last? A day? Two or three, at most? Or does that burst of happiness quietly fade, leaving behind a few wilted flowers and exchanged photos—gentle reminders of a sweet moment, but not enough to sustain a lasting connection or excitement?

And more often than not, the day doesn’t unfold quite as a woman had imagined. There’s a gap between expectation and reality, and she’s left wondering why.

How often have you been out and seen a couple sitting side by side, yet one or both of them are more engrossed in their phones than in each other? It seems to be a common sight these days.

Even when couples plan a night out to reconnect or celebrate something special, the conversation often turns to work, family matters, or updates about friends. It becomes a to-do list of topics—everything except the two of them seeing or hearing one another.

Does this sound familiar? Could it be that, without realising it, you’ve become one of those couples too?

And that brings me to this: don’t wait until your relationship is on the edge—or worse, already there.

The scenes I’ve created for women are designed to breathe new life into your connection, wherever you feel it’s needed most.

What makes them different? It’s the emotional impact, the energy shift, the way they awaken curiosity and desire. The experience doesn’t just end when the scene is over—it lingers. It leaves your partner wanting more, eager to engage again… and again.

Faithful Yours
